Pricing and Dates

We are a non-profit event; we work very hard to keep our entry fee low and accessible (we don’t mark anything up). This year, you will have an option to make an additional donation to TFW11 upon registration. We ask that you please pay what you can afford and think the event is worth — every penny of your registrations and donations is reinvested directly into making a better event.

• Survey responders’ price: $99. Open until January 31. Open only to those who respond to the TFW11 attendee survey.

• Early Participating Group Member Price: $119.00. March 1 – March 15. Members of participating groups receive a discount. Registration rates are scheduled as follows:
  • March 16 – April 30: $145/member, $175/non-member
  • May 1 – May 31: $175/member, $200/non-member
  • June 1 – July 15: $225/member, $250/non-member

• Saturday Day Pass: $99 (9:30 AM Sat – 4:00 AM Sunday)

Everyone who will attends TFW11 needs to register, including senior staff, volunteers, vendors, presenters and demo bottoms. There is an administrative cost of $10 for these registrants.

All tickets are eligible for a 90% refund for cancellations if requested prior to June 15th. A 50% refund is available if requested between June 16 and July 14th. Refunds are not available after July 14th. Refund requests will be processed within 2-5 business days.

At the event, the registration desk will be open on Thursday from 4-8pm (staff, presenters, and volunteers only), Friday from 9:30am-11pm, and Saturday from 9:30am-1:00 PM. Registration will not be open on Sunday.

Saturday Day Pass restrictions:

No day passes or registrations will be sold on site. YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY for a Saturday Day pass no later than the close of registration at midnight of July 15th. There are no additional discounts or specials applicable to the day passes. A Saturday pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Registration for Saturday pass holders is 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM. You MUST check in at the event by 1:00 PM Saturday. Registration is closed at 1:00 PM to allow our volunteers the chance to experience the event – there will be no Registration staff on duty after 1:00 PM. Security Staff cannot register you after 1:00 and there will be no refunds.

Please note also that there are no Sunday Day Passes, if you think you’ll want to attend Sunday we suggest you buy a Weekend Pass. Our volunteers thank you for your understanding.
