Pricing and Dates

We are a non-profit event; we work very hard to keep our entry fee low and accessible (we don’t mark anything up). There will be an option to make an additional donation to TFW2012 upon registration. We ask that you please pay what you can afford and think the event is worth — every penny of your registrations and donations is reinvested directly into making a better event.

•  Members of participating groups receive a discount. Registration rates are scheduled as follows:

• April 1 (12:01am) – June 1 (12:01am): $145/member, $195/non-member
• June 1 (12:01am) – July 1 (12:01am): $175/member, $225/non-member
• July1 (12:01am) – July 21 (12:01am): $249/member, $299/non-member

• Friday OR Saturday Day Pass: $99 (9:00 AM – 3:00 AM Friday or Saturday). March 1 – July 21 (12:01am)

Everyone who will attends TFW2012 needs to register, including senior staff, volunteers, vendors, presenters and demo bottoms. There is an administrative cost of $10 for these registrants.

Refund requests received by June 18 are 90% refundable.  Received by June 30th are 50% refundable.  Received by July 21st are 30% refundable.  Requests on or after July 22nd will not be honored.  To request a refund, contact the Registrar by email or call (609) 397-3912.  Day Pass Tickets are non-refundable.  Refund requests will be processed within 2-5 business days.

At the event, the registration desk will be open on Thursday from 4-8pm (staff, vendors, presenters, and volunteers only), Friday from 9:00am-11pm, Saturday from 9:00am-2:00pm and, Sunday from 9:00am-11:00am.

Friday and Saturday Day Pass restrictions:

No day passes or registrations will be sold on site. YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY for a day passes no later than the close of registration at 12:01am on July 21st. There are no additional discounts or specials applicable to the day passes. A day pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Registration for day pass holders is the same as above.  If you have a Saturday day pass you MUST check in at the event by 2:00 pm Saturday. Registration is closed at 2:00 pm to allow our volunteers the chance to experience the event – there will be no Registration staff on duty after 2:00 pm. Security Staff CANNOT register you and there will be no refunds if you are not there before the close of registration.

Please note that there are no Sunday Day Passes, if you think you’ll want to attend Sunday we suggest you buy a Weekend Pass. Our volunteers thank you for your understanding.
